We can act as an agent for clients in dealing with applications for work to trees covered by Tree Preservation Orders (T.P.O.) or within Conversation Areas. We offer this as part of our service, although not all trees are covered by legislation. If necessary, we will meet with representatives of the Local Authorities to discuss the extent of the works and then submit applications. Our applications are now made electronically via the Government Planning Portal. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved by the local planning authority due to their individual policies, but will endeavour to work on our clients behalf to achieve a successful outcome.
